Two senior analysts join Integra Realty Resources

Fort Worth, Texas – Senior Analysts Scott T. Moen and Susan T. Morris, MAI, have joined Integra Realty Resources D/FW. Both have extensive experience and will extend and enhance the firm’s valuation and consulting services in real estate and litigation.

Morris has been an appraiser since 1997 and has performed appraisals on multi-family properties, single and multi-tenant retail centers, industrial facilities, subdivisions, billboards, convenience stores/service stations, mini-warehouse facilities and historical properties. Other typical assignments include pipeline systems and rights of way, including roadways, railroads, waterways, aviation and other aerial easements.

She received her bachelor’s of science from Texas A&M University in Agricultural Economics and a Masters from A&M in Real Estate Economics. She is a certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the state of Texas. Morris is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals, a committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and Vice President of Land – Lazy M Ranch, Ltd., a commercial cow/calf operation in San Jacinto and Liberty counties in Texas.

Moen has been active in the appraisal industry since 2002, having valued many types of properties, including offices, self storage facilities, shopping centers, multi-family developments, wineries, and golf courses. He has also been involved in valuing rights of ways and various easements, including conservation easements.

Moen received a bachelor’s of science in Food Science/Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Real Estate General Appraiser with the state of Texas, and is a member of the International Right of Way Association and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
