The available evidence points to fact that the government, the Air Force, and research contractors were aware 60 years ago that UFOs possessed “ant-gravity".

(the UFOCAT lists 380 “90 degree” turns and 108 “180 degree” turns)
that no airplane could. It was clear to scientists, who must have told
the government and the Air Force, that UFOs were negating inertia.
This could be done only with “anti-gravity”.

Between approximately 1955 and 1975 there were to parallel programs.
One, which was to become Project Blue Book, was the Air Force’s
effort to collect UFO information from the public. The other were
a number of secret research programs to create “anti-gravity”. (This
was described in Nick Cook’s book “The Hunt for Zero Point Energy”.)
The anti-gravity research projects yielded no useful results. Both projects
were cancelled simultaneously in 1975.

The scientists new that the UFOs were using “anti-gravity” because two
papers were published in 1957. One was by the British physicist
Dennis Sciama who calculated that the total mass of the universe, through
gravity, was responsible for inertia. This confirmed Ernst Mach’s idea,
called by Einstein “Mach’s Principle”, that the ‘distant stars’ were responsible
for inertia.

The equations of physics say that if one has gravitationally
negative mass, one can create negative gravitational fields.
It is negative gravitational fields which are “anti-gravity”.

The other paper in the same year by Sciama’s colleague Herman Bondi
demonstrated that negative mass was not contrary to general relativity.
He also introduced the idea that if one combined positive and negative
masses, they would move by themselves without any external force.
This is called “anti-gravity propulsion.”

We on Earth do not have gravitationally negative mass. All the mass we
know is gravitationally positive. The UFOs, on the other hand, appear
to have negative mass. The reason is the “ant-gravity” can not be
made without it. Twenty years of government research tried, and failed.
