Measurements
Your measurements make up the second category and makes up 25% of the total contest. This category is based on actual measurements of key areas of the body like waist, hips, chest and many others. The numbers are then calculated on percentage of inches lost to give every contestant a fair chance.

Before and After Pictures
The third of the four categories is before and after pictures and makes up 25% of the total contest. This category will identify those who have made a physical transformation from the beginning to the end. This category will be judged by our nationwide panel of judges ranging from personal trainers, wellness consultants, Medical Doctors and many more.

Transformation Essay "Your Story"
The final category is the transformation essay and makes up 25% of the total contest. This category will identify those who have made a personal transformation from the beginning to the end. The contestant will describe why they joined the challenge, what they did to achieve their results, what it meant to them to achieve this and how they would inspire others to do the same. This category will be judged by our nationwide panel of judges ranging from personal trainers, wellness consultants, Medical Doctors and many more.

WHAT DO I GET?

Your Before and after pictures.

Kick-Off seminar explaining how the contest works, the rules and tips to help you win. (45 Minute Presentation)
The seminar will go over in detail how the contest works, ways you can jump start your weight loss and how they can help you succeed!

Remember this weight loss contest is a no strings attached contest which means you do not have to purchase any products or services of any kind to win this contest.

You will return to the facility 12 weeks later to get your final weigh in, and final measurements along with your after pictures being taken. The time will be scheduled with your host facility depending on your start date.
