FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 24, 2012 --
Participants are being sought for a survey to determine what leadership style people prefer to work for and how their level of emotional self-awareness and self-regard influences that preference.
Below is a link to the survey, which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NTXK9QD
Much has been written about how Millennials (those born 1980 - 2000) are different from older generations in how they work, what they want from work, what motivates them, and their fundamental values. This ground-breaking survey has the potential to dramatically influence cross-generational understanding in the workplace. The greater the number of respondents, the more valid the research findings.
After completing the survey, respondents will be able to enter into a random drawing for 2 AMC movie passes (a $25 value). The drawing will be held on or about May 1, 2012. Chances of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
