(Free-Press-Release.com) November 1, 2011 -- Sprint [NYSE: S] and UpSource Mobile Services Inc (UMS) today announced an agreement whereby Sprint will deliver wireless services to UMS, a nationwide Aggregator of MVNO communications solutions for businesses and service providers. The deal enables UMS to offer MVNO services to Brands, Affiliate groups and Enterprises wishing to, offer cellular services to their customers, members and clients.

UMS’ deal with Sprint will provide its clients access to the Sprint 3G and 4G networks, which reaches over 274 million people and 120 million people respectively. UMS delivers one–stop-shop service for aspiring MVNO’s, and offers a full range of services including billing, customer support and complete technical support for smart phones via their existing North American based call centers, handset provisioning, and technical and commercial consultancy. UMS clients can also take advantage of mobile internet and application builder platforms which enables customers to build and deliver relevant mobile content and build mobile loyalty schemes.
