US Airways to be Sued over Deceptive Refund Polices by DJ Donnelly Productions Ltd

Release: Announced today, by DJ Donnelly Productions Ltd, that due to the factual events that have been presented by US Airways, their CREO, Doug Parker, along with two other Corporate Relations employees, Sandra Reese and Edie Curt, the Airline and their Agents are being sued for deceptive electronic refund polices, travel fraud, deceptive business transactions and more.....Donnelly's neck injury as well has been given extreme pain over the entire event...

As stated by President, DJ Donnelly of the Company, " my office has exhausted every effort, from several complaints, to contacting Doug Parker's offices in Phoenix, AZ, every avenue....now to recover our ticket refund, we must do it legally".....all we wanted was the refund of $500.30, that we are entitled to, since we met all of the electronic refund requirements".

The legal action shall be filed in a proper Court of venue, for damages recovery of $500.30, plus damages, plus Court & Attorney Fees associated. Donnelly also stated "an airline must not be able to keep a consumers money, if firstly they are due a full refund, as US Airways states on their website at usairways.com plus to present such very questionable deceptive polices, someone had to step up to the plate, and that is me...I refuse to fly on an airline that has the worst customer services in the industry, poor maintance and more...just return our Money, Mr Parker....
