Using the Kenwood Cooking Chef in Daily Life – Handy Tips

July 31, 2010

The Kenwood Cooking Chef will become part of the user’s daily cooking, cutting down the use of traditional hobs and cookers and is the future of the domestic kitchen for the following reasons;

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) July 31, 2010 -- • The Kenwood Cooking Chef is the most important and innovative device to enter the domestic kitchen market since the microwave. It allows the cook to carry out in their own homes; a whole range of complicated cooking techniques usually only attempted by the professional chef.

• With a 3 litre cooking capacity the cook can create everything from family meal time favourites to dinner party show stoppers with ease.

• The machine is truly unique; no other product allows the cook to set and monitor the temperature within the mixing bowl.

• The consumer can use the machine to carry out professional tasks such as cooking sugar up to the highest temperature (140ºC). Italian meringues or marshmallows can be made without having to boil a sugar syrup.

• The temperature of the machine can be set and controlled to within 2ºC, providing the aspirational cook with the accuracy required to make a range of dishes, from successfully braising ragus to delicately cooking fish comfit.

The planetary mixing action allows the contents of the mixing bowl to be continually stirred whilst being cooked; this takes all the effort out of such dishes as risotto, Polenta and even choux paste. All this is possible because of the 1100W induction plate and the ingenious British design and engineering.

The precise temperature control and continuous stirring capabilities will save users a huge amount of time in the kitchen.
