If you complain to the hotel, they will blame the travel agent, and when you complain to the travel agent, they blame the vacation company. The bottom line is that they lied and collected the commission from the customer, but refuse to take responsibility for their error.

Flight Centre is a complete ripp off Marjorie Lopez booked our flight and She is a freaking liar. We booked our flights and hotel to mexico and were promised an oceanfront room. the bitch charged us full price for the hotel room, and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that she did not recommend or send any acknowledgement of the room. When we complained she blamed it on signature vacations. This is the worst company to book your flights so DO NOT BOOK at Flight Centre they are the biggest liars in the travel industry.
. We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room.

We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view.

They booked us on signature vacations, who said there was nothing they could do becuase the flight centre lied to us about the ocean front rooms

We have sent numerous letters, but they just ignored us.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL WITH FLIGHT CENTRE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES AND ONCE YOU PAY THEY WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINT
