BLOCKBUSTER® Stores Welcome Fans for Friday March 19 Release Party

WHAT: Bella, Edward and Jacob are coming to Chicago and fans of the Twilight Saga will be out in full force to welcome them on Friday, March 19. The BLOCKBUSTER® store at 2025 Lincoln Highway, St. Charles will host a midnight DVD release party that night so fans of the four-part vampire saga can be among the first to buy or rent “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” on DVD or Blu-ray starting at midnight. Customers who pre-ordered the movie also will be able to pick up their copies.
The event, which starts at 8 pm on March 19, will also feature Julian from the B96 Morning Show and the B96 team with games and prizes from 8 pm – midnight.
WHEN: Friday, March 19 until 11:59 p.m. – Fans celebrate and line up to get their copies of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”

12:00 a.m. – “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” available to purchase or rent at BLOCKBUSTER stores or digitally through BLOCKBUSTER On Demand®

DVD release party activities will run from 8 pm – midnight on Friday.

HOW: Admission is free and open to the public. “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” DVD and Blu-ray sets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
