The Oklahoma SEG is a forensics team specializing in failure analysis, special engineering projects, and reverse engineering . Deidre will oversee the team and provide technical support to clients.

Vance’s main responsibility will be oversight of the Broken Arrow SEG’s performance, which includes spearheading the department’s and company-wide initiative to provide industry-leading on-time-delivery, turn time, and world class customer service to Sherry clients. She will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative lean operations.

Deidre has over 10 years of leadership and problem solving experience in the aviation industry working at an MRO facility for one of the world’s largest airlines. She earned her MBA from University of Phoenix in 2007 and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2004.
