Venom advertising seeks to revolutionize Unemployment in Wales

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 12, 2012 -- 28-11-11

It is becoming an increasingly apparent to Venom advertising that the unemployment rate in wales is significantly high and not going to go down anytime soon. Wales has a population of around 3 million people but suffers from the highest unemployment rates out of the whole UK. London and the South East has the biggest number of adults in employment with an encouraging stat of 61%, however worryingly the lowest proportion is to be found in South West/Wales with a feeble 50%.Venom advertising believe that this substantial figure of unemployment in Wales needs to change sooner rather than later. Although 26% of the adult population are retired, the region also has the highest proportion of non-retired adults who are not working (24%, compared with 20% of the total sample).Venom advertising see’s Wales as very fortunate to have such a significant number of C2’s (skilled working class) at 26% compared to a 21% UK average. The fact these people are unable to find employment highlights the extent the economic recession has hit Wales. Government are placing increasing priority into grass roots business and establishing Britain back as an island of exporters not importers. With Wales’s appealing number of C2’s it is sure to be invested in to help decrease these unemployment figures.

Although Venom Advertisingfind the unemployment figures alarming, they also see it as a huge opportunity to get people back into work. With the product training Venom Advertising provide they set people up with a skill set abling them flourish in many working environments. At Venom Advertising they are fortunate enough to be in the position where they are able to continue to employ people even in the current econimc climate, therefore believe Wales needs to take advantage now.The managing director at Venom advertising says “ even though the Figures above look really bad, at Venom Advertising we are always looking to grow and expand the company due to the client demand”.
Venom Advertising’s managing director has her reservtions as to whether people in Wales actually want to work. It appears that Wales contains the highest proportion of respondents in the ‘Make-Do’ group; according to Mintel nearly half of these respondents (47%) can be classified as such. This suggests that many in this region would be glad to leave if they had the chance, with lack of amenities and services perhaps being one reason for this.

Wales starts from a position where three jobs in every ten are employed directly by one ofthe many tiers of government. With public spending due to be cut sharply, employment inWales is likely to be especially affected, unemployment is expected to increase by 0.8percentage to 9.1% by 2016, and this is where Venom Advertising step in and try andchange this before it happens, the managing director at Venom Advertising is excited about these figures because she can’t carry the company on her own, team effort is 100% required, and extra help is always necessary.

Venom advertising focuses on face to face sales and marketing through business to business, promotions, events and local areas to create a direct link between client and customer.
