Virtual 'Face-Capsule' Aims To Create History

Inspired by the The Million Dollar Homepage, a very successful pay per pixel based website originally engineered by Alex Tew, Face-Capsule aims to store thousands of user images for future generations to look back on and admire, but is it just another copycat website?
