The Visalus Resolution Rally for 2013 happens in Charleston, South Carolina, at 11:00am on January 5th. The public is invited to participate free of charge as ViSlaus Promoters reveal the "...much anticipated launch of The New Body by Vi Challenge," states Laura Sommer Smith, owner of Polished Salon.
