Beginning June, 2011, Vita Vie Retreat will begin their brand new line of retreats specifically for Men’s Golf Fitness. Participants of these all new intense golf conditioning retreats will focus on areas including core strength and stability, balance, flexibility and improving range of motion in order to better muscular control and power. These one on one retreats allow Vita Vie Retreat trainers to push and guide clients through days of intense fitness and conditioning work. Individual sessions such as golf conditioning, pilates for golf, yoga for flexibility, functional strength training, balance training and private nutrition sessions are all included. “So many men really love golf but tend to focus on the technical aspect of it. Of course the technical piece is a major component but there also needs to be a focus on strength, core strength and range of motion to name a few things,” says retreat owner, Margot Rutigliano. “We have an amazing team of men and women who have formulated these retreats based upon science and research regarding the golf game and how the body responds to this type of training,” she adds.

A take home plan will accompany each guest as they depart the retreat, ensuring they have a detailed schedule both physically and nutritionally to follow on a daily basis.
