May 11, 2010 – Beginning May 17, 2010, Vita Vie Retreat will open up their newly revamped private retreat program. Participants of the all new Private Retreat will choose a package from the categories of weight loss, stress reduction or Vita Vie Golf/sport specific. Aiming to narrow down client goals and truly focus on each individual, Vita Vie Retreat trainers will guide clients in a one on one setting through their private wellness journey. Individual sessions such as sunrise beach walks, pilates mat or reformer, gyrotonics, restorative yoga, functional strength training, balance training and private nutrition sessions are offered. “So many people really need personal guidance in terms of health and fitness.
