The difficult situations can be managed in case there is an alternate source of income. Also, it increases the risk taking ability of the person.

Passion
Another very significant element for the business to be successful is the passion. The person must be passionate about the line of business that he has chosen. The passion drives the person to achieve perfection. The person will start showing laxity towards his work if it is not of his liking. One must remember that in the own set up there is no body to show the stick and make us work. It is only and only passion which can get us going.

Family support

Family support is of prime importance when it comes to keeping the morale high. A new venture may see set backs, failures .It might even be successful. When the business is at a raw stage people seek psychological, financial support from their loved ones. The family should not make the person feel guilty in case the business is a failure. There is always a next time. There is no dearth of opportunities in the world. Lot of patience and perseverance is required to own a successful business enterprise.
