A special drawing will be held and the winner will receive a new Voyage-Air Guitar, the groundbreaking full-size folding acoustic guitar that was featured on ABC’s Shark Tank last month. Winner to be announced at the Plaza Stage Sunday, September 13th at 5:00pm in front of the Bankhead Theatre.

There will be opportunities to enter the drawing for the free Voyage-Air guitar at several locations near the festival. Look for the signs with the Voyage-Air Logo inside the theatre lobby, at the Voyage-Air Guitar booth, at each performance stage, and at Fine Fretted Friends music store.

Long time Livermore resident and local music storeowner Michael Ferrucci claims that this is going to be one of the best guitar events in Livermore history. He should know: Ferrucci produced numerous acoustic and electric guitar shows for the Livermore Rotary Club for more than 12 years and founded the Livermore Rotary Music Scholarship Fund, a special fund to help Livermore students pursue a career in music. “Hopefully the young music students in Livermore will be able to attend this extraordinary musical event,. The opportunity to see both professional and amateur musicians perform live in our community is really a wonderful experience.” Ferrucci highly recommends this event and hopes that everyone can join him to help make this a successful show for Livermore’s Performing Arts Center. Guitar Player Magazine’s “Superstar Competition Finals” will be held in the Bankhead Theater on Saturday, September 12th. Doors open at 8pm, tickets are available for $23, $29, at the door.
