VSI Crusher Working Principle and Process Flow

VSI series new sand making machine (also called vsi stone crusher) can check the lubrication system temperature automatically with heating if the oil temperature is below 15℃ as well as start and recycle the whole oil system. When the temperature is 15℃, the electronic thermocontrollers for transformers will give a signal to PLC for stopping heating. Then the PLC will have a 3 minutes’ delay before heating. After the heating, there is 1 minute for oil pump stop recycling. Finally, press the key for oil pump working. At this time, the lubrication oil runs into main engine with 1 minute’s working, which the running volume achieve the set number. The white indicator light is on, and the main engine can start. If the oil temperature of main engine is lower than 15℃, the heating doesn’t work, not influencing main engine running.
