FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 18, 2011 --

August 18,2011 - I am quite saddened by this news; a Wal-Mart employee was seriously injured by over-excited shoppers who literally broke down the mall’s doors? Isn’t it so primitive and savage? And the part that made me squirm is the fact that this happens in a highly-civilized country, its America ladies and gentlemen. Though this had taken place a few years back still I can’t help to somewhat affected by this news. Aside from the Wal-Mart employee four other shoppers were injured and were taken into the hospital. It is given and apparent that shoppers did not act accordingly, but does the Wal-Mart management need the service of Dallas premises liability attorneys in this case?
Based on the reports, shoppers screamed and even maneuvered some moves to strategically just to get inside the mall. While the mall employee approached for the mall opening at 5 AM, the crowd forcedly broke the doors and unfortunately moved down the unfortunate employee. The charging shoppers even ignored the poor employee’s pleading to clear out and exit the store. Shoppers just grabbed the items on their lists. Such indeed is a chaotic scene and shoppers act as savages.

This incident took place days before the Holidays, where the mall had an on-going sale for gift items. Granted that the sale triggers the shoppers stampede, but with the lives endangered by the shopper’s actions, I am wondering if those gifts are are really worth it. Will the giver of gifts will really feel good knowing that there are injured people while the giver mercilessly rummage the store’s shelves while buying those gifts. Is the 70% price off worth for the person’s lives? Did Wal-Mart triggers the incident which leads to the need of Dallas premises liability attorneys?
Is the said incident an isolated incident? Where employee’s unpreparedness meet the over-excited customers? Does Wal-Mart have a liability thus needs the service of Dallas premises liability attorneys for the management’s poor security measures? Or it is the society’s etiquette gone too bad during that incident. I guess this the right and appropriate time to re-asses our value system.

Competition is a human nature. Even our ancestors had an innate urge to urge especially when defending their place or while hunting food during famine period. But ancient times had a primitive way of education and today’s society is more than that. Do we have to pattern out etiquette with the old times?
