Given the number of changes in employment law with the Government's œred tape challenge, the free seminar will outline the challenges for businesses in the year ahead. It will cover the introduction of œemployee shareholders, fees in the Employment Tribunal, caps on compensation limits, protected conversations and pensions' auto-enrolment.
The Waterfront team will also review key legal cases from the past year and 7 Bedford Row, will explain how businesses have used new media such as Facebook to their advantage and provide some lessons learned from case law.
