This very weekend Anton and John co-writers of We Are The Brits will be at Afghan Heroes helping to pack 13,500 home comfort boxes which are being sent out to the front line service personnel and supply and support-chain personnel. 200 Cadets will also be helping and camping in an adjacent field to the offices. This personal touch is what Afghan Heroes is all about - caring for those guys so far from home but never forgotten and these boxes are to let them know that and to thank them for what they are doing.

The song We Are The Brits was inspired from the Winston Churchill quote, "We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm". And the way we live today is due to the sacrifices of those people who defended and fought for us - That will never be forgotten.
