We are under terrorist attack from Florida pain clinics
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Orlando,
Florida,
United States of America
(Free-Press-Release.com) December 3, 2011 --
We are under terrorist attack from Florida pain clinics
We are charging these clinics and pharmacies under the USA PATRIOT Act (H.R. 3162)
H. R. 3162
IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
October 24, 2001
deter and punish terrorist acts in the United States and around the world, to enhance law enforcement investigatory tools, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the `Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001'.
At least 21 deaths a day nationwide from the Florida pain clinics. Total far exceeds 911 terror attacks
Hospitals and crisis units are spending millions of dollars a month treating all the victims of addiction from these pain clinics. Total far exceeds 911 terror attacks
Medical authorities are witnessing explosive growth in the number of newborn babies hooked on prescription painkillers.
A number of these clinics are sending money outside of the USA and funding terrorism
Over 90% of the patients arrested from these pain clinics have no or very low blood levels of narcotics prescribed to them from these clinics
Some patients are under 20 years of age -- they are prescribed doses only seen in the terminally ill
Patients resell the pills for 40$ to 50$ a pill and clinics collect $300 cash and up a month for each patient
Small pharmacies and some chains charge up to $800 to $1000 for 170 pills of oxycodone that cost less than 30$- that is over 500% above their usual and customary price-they are aware these pills are being resold for profit.
Pharmacy Consultants of America is working with the drug enforcement administration and Congressman Daniel Webster to bring charges against these clinics and pharmacies under the terrorist act of Oct 24, 2001. These clinics have taken advantage of one of America's greatest weakness- their addiction to drugs.
Many kudos to Congressman Webster for standing up against these terrorists.
Many Florida politicians have waivered against really confronting these pain clinics because of the millions of dollars they spend on lobbying on their behalf.
Sincerely
Richard W Sprys Rph Cph
President of Pharmacy Consultants of America
