We sat down with Andreia Santos, founder of Andreia Michaels Interactive Companies and asked her to share a little about why she chose Las Vegas and what makes her agency different from the rest. “ I moved my company to Las Vegas because I feel there is a certain energy here, people are willing to explore their entrepreneurial spirits here, they are willing to try something new and best of all business owners are assuming less of a tax burden. “ I’m took a huge risk by moving both my life and my business here. I toured the new Las Vegas office, located just minutes from the airport and Town Square which was an impressive 9700sq feet, here she will house her design studio, web squad and merchant services branch as well as provide offices for over 60 account executives , a creative department and technology professionals. Andreia eagerly tells me that she is looking to place over 90 people with part time and full time jobs as well as over 15 consulting contracts in the valley.

“ I’m looking for high energy, go getters and self starters” explained Andreia. “I came out here with a huge dream and I’m glad I took the gamble, I’ve spent a lot of sleepless nights thinking of innovative ways to reach clients and qualified employees and I’m so pleased so far. But I need more people to grow my brand.”
As I toured through this fresh, trendy and lighthearted office, I found myself humming along to the upbeat music playing in the background, and took in the cheerful smiles and the brightly colored walls which will energize anyone to feel a certain sense of happiness just because , I visited their Zen room , then of course took in a friendly game of ping pong only to be serenaded to a Karaoke Battle” from the sales floor…and at that very moment Irealized that this place is “the complete package.”

People can actually love what they do and love where they work. To be honest, I got lost in what was to have been a hour interview and ended up staying for a ping pong match, a moment of Zen, I stepped into a brainstorming sessions for a new account and rocked a Karaoke Battle of which I am seeking a rematch.. and needless to say I stayed for three hours myself!
I spoke to a few employees and they all seemed to say the same thing. They say that they are happy to go to work, happy to stay and ultimately feel like family. My ending thoughts are that this young lady, Andreia Santos is on to something, she takes great care of her clients sometimes too well since they too like to hang out, but she really does know how to take care of her employees.
