The series titled “A Road Map to Optimizing Accounts Receivable” will be delivered in 90-minute webinar sessions over a five-week period starting February 23, 2012, and concluding March 22, 2012. The sessions are designed to provide insight into avenues for driving cash acceleration, DSO reduction, and enhanced process efficiencies – business challenges all organizations face.

Areas of review will include primary actions companies should be taking to transform accounts receivable; the tools and templates necessary to build a project plan and complete a thorough due-diligence process; the top solutions and enabling technologies on the market to drive optimal cost savings and working capital efficiencies; and the “road map” for driving the change within the organization.
