FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 26, 2011 -- Choosing a wedding gown is one of the highlights of any bride-to-be’s list of things to do. The whole affair centers of whichever design the bride picks so it takes careful consideration and endless samples, designs, or sketches to get the perfect look. The same process is applied when it comes to wedding veils because this can complete the whole look and make the bride really beautiful on her special day or throw off the balance because of the mismatched pieces.

There are a few options to take into consideration when looking for wedding veils. A fishnet veil is really short and only attached to the head as a hairpiece. From the name itself, its material is similar to fishnet or larger than traditional veils. This length normally just falls across the bride’s face or none at all when placed at the back of the head. A blusher or flyaway veil can be shoulder length and this falls just below the chin. This type is quite versatile, too, as this can be paired with any style of wedding gown.

Chapel veils are quite different wedding veils. Best partnered with gowns that are floor-length, these veils extend to around two feet beyond the hemline and considered to be a formal type. It can be made with two layers, the first one extending from the headpiece and covers the face while the second layer is always behind the head.

Wedding veils that are called cathedral veils are like cathedral veils but extends a little bit more. These are considered to be the longest and most formal of all lengths that work best if paired with a classic wedding gown that is full length and has a train. This type of veil extends starting from three feet to about nine feet from the hemline.

Elbow length wedding veils are characterized with its length coming in at the bride’s elbows or a few inches lower while fingertip lengths fall to the fingertips. Fingertip length veils are the most popular of all lengths because it flatters every type of a bride’s figure and works well with most silhouettes.

Other lengths of wedding veils include waist length where the veil is a little longer than elbow veils; knee length ones look good with wedding gowns that have mid-calf lengths; and floor length veils are best for gown that are full length and does not have a train.

In all, wedding veils complement a bride’s wedding gown and add the perfect finishing touch to the whole look.
