The owner of the website is Phillip Brunelle of Boston, Massachusetts who is a widely accredited game guru. Brunelle mastered the CityVille game in the shortest record breaking time and soon after wrote a CityVille Tips & Tricks Guide that he once offered for sale online, but discontinued the sales of the CityVille guide and is now in the process of creating a free CityVille Tips & Tricks website which will offer all of the CityVille game information in his original guide, absolutely free.

The CityVille contest being offered on Brunelle's new website will be an ongoing weekly contest with prizes sponsored by his website advertisers and affiliate partners. The weekly CityVille contests will begin every Sunday, starting today... Sunday, February 20th, 2011. New prizes will be available each week and new entries must be submitted for each weeks contest.

This week's contest is a raffle for several prizes including some items like CityVille Game Cards but also other items such as designer watches. The best part about this CityVille contest is that there will only be a limited number of raffle tickets available, which will keep the raffle fair and will maintain good odds for each contest entry to win a prize each week.

This week there are a total of seventy-five contest prizes up for grabs and there will only be one-thousand raffle tickets available. This gives each of the 1,000 contest entries almost a one-in-ten chance of winning a prize, but participants can better their odds by purchasing more raffle tickets. The contests rules state that there is no limit as to how many tickets that each person can purchase, and there is no limit on the amount of gifts that each person can win. This means that if you purchased 10 contest tickets and all ten of your tickets are pulled at the conclusion of the weeks contest drawing, then you would be the lucky recipient of the ten prizes stated upon pulling your tickets, which will be shown in videos posted for each weeks drawing.
