December 7, 2011

One of the top Indian restautants in London, Cinnamon Club is proud to launch a fiery new cocktail menu prepared by mixologist Salvatore D’amico, who has devised a small but perfectly formed selection

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) December 7, 2011 -- The beautiful basement exclusive bar at The Cinnamon Club, Great Smith Street, Westminster – one of the best Indian restaurants in London -- is welcoming winter with open arms and the launch of a fiery new cocktail menu.

Found in a sexy, subterranean space beneath the restaurant – renowned for top quality contemporary Indian cuisine by executive chef and founder Vivek Singh – the bar in the exclusive area of Westminster now gives cocktail connoisseurs even more reason to lounge until the small hours.

Championing the change is head mixologist Salvatore D’amico, who has devised a small but perfectly formed selection of 15 suitably strong cocktails served up in five types of glassware.

Heady highlights on our delicious and tasteful drinks menu include: ‘Don’t Mess With Naga’ -- made from Plata tequila, caramel liquor, lime, green-pear syrup and Naga Bitter, administered with a pipette for optimum theatricality. Drinkers can opt how many drops of bitter they dare bare! Sure to tantalise the taste-buds of even the most seasoned spice-lover; ‘Golden Brown’ – made from Martell VS, apricot shrub, Illy liquor, a dash of Cynar and topped with gold leaves. Eschewing austerity in favour of opulence, drinkers can admire crushed flakes floating behind the glass and whole leaves resting on top for an indulgent concoction indeed; and ‘Glorious Day’ – made from whisky, ginger eau-de-vie, lemon, clove syrup, egg white, ginger ale and topped with nutmeg dust. Served in a solid silver mug, it’s the perfect winter warmer that’s sure to put fire in the belly.

Relax and Recuperate in our comfortable and contemporary designed bar area everything served up within the bar’s refreshed, updated interiors – overseen by bar manager Petrit Luci -- there’s no better way to take the edge off the day pre- or post-dinner.
