What in the +++? How do I start An Internet Business?

For anyone relatively new to Internet Business and marketing in general, looking to start a venture online can
seem like a daunting task...

* the principles are the same in all business':

*find-or create- a product that people want and/or need
(and one, ideally, that is consumable, so people buy it over and over again)

*Create a demand by MARKETING the product to the end consumer

*SELL the product and bank the money! Then, you can either start something else online-and with all the experience
that you have acquired, not to mention the capital-it would be much easier-plus you have met many people/contacts/
joint venture partners by now.

*Rinse and repeat-then either keep the Company-or sell it and do whatever you want.

The problem with Internet Business is that many people start out with un realistic expectation of the difficulty-
(and with so much to know-it's not surprising):

* FTP, web hosting, auto responders, domain name registering, setting up web site- e-mail marketing=whoa!)
Let alone HOW to do it.

The surprising thing to me is that people will attempt to start an online business with no training, no experience,
and when it doesn't work-they will give up-and give up on their dreams of financial freedom that an Online
Business can bring.

Every time-when I hear someone say-"Oh, I tried an online business, but it didn't work for me so I quit", I
ask: What line of work are you in now? They will tell me-painter, plumber, accountant-whatever-so then I
just have to ask: and how long did it take you to learn that trade?

See-you need to learn the basic's by attending live Internet Marketing events-which are held-now-all
around the world,every month of the year, so no matter where you live, one is probably close by.

You can also learn a lot by subscribing to Internet Marketing e-zines (electronic magazines), visiting
marketing forums, and getting all the information you can-
The good news is much of this information is Free!

It is also helpful to network and meet some of the people who have already made it to "Guru" status or at
least successful-they are just regular people-who took the time to learn how to market correctly on the Internet.

Oh-and don't worry too much about all the technical aspects of the Internet-there are plenty of places to outsource
these tasks-unless you WANT to learn them all.

THE most important things to remember are:

*You will need to have a budget-not anywhere near starting an offline, brick-and-mortar business-but non-the-less-enough so that
you can get started-and perhaps attend at least one-to start-live event at a location near you-unless you want to take
a vacation to some exotic local.)

*Realize that your business-like any business-will need to be nurtured and will need time to grow-like planting a seed-
you don't plant that seed today, and expect it to produce fruit tomorrow!
