What is a Team and how can a team inspire you?

It may be in business, a community group, not for profit organisation, or a team of like minded people coming together to raise awareness of important issues in their local area.

By working together, each member of the team can inspire one another to reach their full potential. Together much more can be achieved than by just one person. The work load can be shared so that everyone can participate. However, teams don't achieve if they fight, you know....all try to be the boss but only a couple do the work. But, when teams can work together with a common vision and desired outcome, then they can achieve far beyond their original dreams and expectations when everyone pulls together and each inspire and encourage one another.
If you're in a business, community group or organisation where you don't have:

then I suggest you seriously think if that's the place where you will succeed or inspire others.
