An estimated 20% of all the cancer deaths in the U.S. are linked to being overweight. Over 17 million heart disease deaths annually are obesity-related. Not to mention the other major killers like diabetes, hypertension, stroke and lung disease. All of these have one major contributing factor in common, overweight.

Being even just a few pounds overweight is like a disaster just waiting to happen. Its like a death sentence being passed on the individual that is just waiting for the right time. But guess what? This is one death sentence that you can postpone by just making the right choices.
