There are many external factors that affect our health directly and indirectly. Changing our lifestyle and diet can help, but it is sometimes difficult to keep the air around us clean. Since we will have a hard time moving away from “urban areas” and since dust is travelling our air ways via wind currents, how can we protect our health?
