Wind System improves the drying phase in Nova Verta paint spray booth

Wind System was planned with a particular design that doesn’t compromise the appearance and the efficiency of Nova Verta paint installation, it goes virtually unnoticed within the limited working area of the booth: when the system is offline the specially designed nozzles, through which the air flow is put in, are screened by pneumatic door covers, they protect from accidental overspray. Wind System maintains the full effectiveness of all light sources and access to lighting tubes assuring a perfect visibility during the working phases helping to ensure quality jobs.

It is easy to use: Touch Screen allows an automatic control of the blowers through which the air flow, pre-filtered with ceiling filters, enters inside the paint spray booth, and it also allows to activate Wind function in each phase of the production. The air velocity can be increased up to nine times than what happens in paint spray booths not endowed with this optional, moreover Wind system assures a more uniform distribution of the air.

The function of Wind system is to speed up the air velocity inside the spray booth, the results in terms of paints drying is really remarkable: the laboratory test and the following observations recorded a time saving up to 50% in flash-off phase and up to 60% in baking phase with a consequent energy savings.
