World's Best Concrete Grinder Dust Shroud For Angle Grinders Just Released

Situp Products have released for world distribution their new range of concrete grinder dust shrouds that can be used effectively with single motor dust collectors running off domestic power while the angle grinder is used from the same outlet. Not only are they efficient at controlling dust with a small airflow, but the seals do not touch the floor and therefore do not cause friction so the operator can use these shrouds for longer periods without fatigue. The hand grinder floats across the floor giving the operator more control of the grinding process.
The replaceable rubber seal is set just above the floor and can be adjusted to control the vacuum pressure for dust collectors with large or small airflows - raise it for strong airflows and lower it for small airflows. The hook and loop system for attaching the seal eliminates the need for tools and can be adjusted in seconds or turned upside down if it gets damaged.

Dust is picked up at floor level where it is generated because via the air entering the shroud around the perimeter under the seal instead of through holes in the top of the shroud. In this way dust and debris is picked up thoroughly and directed to the exhaust port which is specifically designed and located to provide a strong airflow across the entry for fast and complete pick up.

The steel construction which is wear proof, rigid, and strong , will not distort in the sun and this enables the mounting collar to be welded to the shroud body for the strongest mounting. Fitting to all major grinder brands is achieved by providing precision inserts with every shroud that fit neatly into the steel mounting collar and neatly around the mounting boss of the grinders for a tight, secure mounting and the ability to swap grinders anytime. Another feature of the steel construction is that it will not distort so the cupwheel will never cut through the shroud body and our replacement seals are around 75% cheaper to buy than new poly shroud bodies.
The five inch shroud is uniquely designed to grind and polish into corners by allowing the grinding wheel to touch both walls in a corner with two separate edging flats at the front and the side of the shroud which is a world first.
