This 3 Day intensive workshop led by Kreg Weiss is designed especially for Yoga Teachers / Graduates who are looking to take their teaching practice to the next level. In this workshop, Kreg will introduce a wide array of kinesiology and exercise principles that teachers will be able to readily apply to their teaching practice and enhance their teaching skills.

From this series of anatomy and physiology work, the workshop will explore ways to effectively address different practice levels with applications in class sequencing, safety, modifications, and adjustments. With over 17 years experience in the wellness industry, Kreg will offer insight into business and career elements of becoming a yoga teacher.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to practice their teaching skills through daily teaching practicums. Each practicum session will provide useful, constructive feedback and learning tools to deepen teaching skills. You will learn ways on how to approach mixed level classes, and how to set intensity, design flows and apply modifications / props into your class to meet the needs of participants.

Career Development Bonus: Learn how to fine-tune teaching skills, tap into vocal tone/ inflection, the art of class preparation and execution, explore learning forms and addressing those forms, as well as develop a sustainable teaching practice.
As part of the development program, attendees will receive a 1 year virtual mentorship from Kreg Weiss who will provide guidance with career and teaching practice development.

This refreshing workshop is designed for those who have previously completed a teacher training program or intensive yoga training.


Kreg is the co-founder of MyYogaOnline.com and a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. His classes integrate a purposeful, meditative quality to allow for an experience of connection and reflection while the body experiences expansion and renewal.

Kreg acquired his Yoga certification in 2002 following several successful years of venturing in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and national competitive athlete. Kreg has been able to complement his teaching practice with additional studies in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at the University of British Columbia. With his extensive background in anatomy and physiology, Kreg feels privileged to be able to empower students with practices that are educational while still engaging and accessible. Through integrity-driven classes, Kreg aims to provide students with the tools to pursue a unique, confident practice where asanas, pranayama, and meditation interact collectively to rejuvenate and heal the body and mind.
