Twice daily, powerful, strengthening Ashtanga yoga and Pilates will take place outdoors under a palapa or on the pier right over the crystal, blue water. Enjoy delicious Belizean cuisine and local tropical fruits and smoothies. During your free time, snorkel, swim, paddleboard, get a massage or just relax in a hammock with the warm breezes surrounding you. Accommodations are charming and quiet in the yoga barracks. A Maya ruin-inspired three-story structure positioned on the lagoon looking out to the calm backside of the island. A serene setting with mangroves, extraordinary sunsets, bird watching and peaceful, quiet nights. There are lovely, winding pathways through a natural garden of palm trees, seagrapes and colorful flowers that lead to your room. The naturally lit, shared bath & shower areas are beautiful with the wooden sinks carved by local Rastas, faucets made of conch shells from the sea and the awesome, refreshing rainshowers covered with bamboo, all private with plantain shuttered doors.
