ZEN TALK Snowmobile Radio Podcast - New Safety Segment

"Ric Federau is a certified snowmobile safety instrutor" said Zen Waiter, "and we are thrilled to have his experience and knowledge on our podcast. Ric has been teaching friends and family about snowmobile safety for decades, and we are hoping he will be able to pass on his knowledge with our listeners, many of whom are just starting out in snowmobiling."

Due to health consideratins, Zen doesn't always produce a show each week, but has created over one hundred episodes to date, all available on line. He enjoys providing a wide range of snowmobile topics and has thousands of listeners world wide.

"It's a low budget show, and I do it all myself, so don't be looking for professionalism. I do it because I love the sport, and I enjoy creating each audio file. It's fun, and helps me make new friends."

Zen explained, that every weekend, hundreds of sledheads in Canada and the USA, download the most recent podcasts into their i-pods, then while they are driving for hours on their way to the snowmobile trails, they plug the i-pod into their truck radio, and hit "play". They can get caught up on all the snowmobile news in a couple of hours.

Apart from the "Saftey Corner" weekly segment, Zen Talk features many guests on the show, including representatives from the snowmobile OEM's, snowmobile racers, nowmobile motel owners, tourism reps from various regions, and also regular snowmobilers who report in from the actual snowmobile trails to deliver first hand reports. The show also broadcasts interviews directly from events such as the famous i-500 snowmobile endurance race in Sault Ste Marie Michigan, and the Epping/Freemont New Hampshire, Water Cross and Grass Drags fair.
