He will serve as a project manager and will also help in business development for the Central Florida region. A registered Architect in Florida and Virginia, Tracy has a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey.

With more than 18 years of experience practicing architecture in Virginia, New Jersey, and Central Florida, Tracy has managed a variety of project types including K-12 facilities for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), master plans for Hillsborough Community College campuses and local government projects for Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties. His expertise encompasses managing projects from inception through construction administration for a variety of project types, including educational, local government, commercial, and residential. Tracy is highly adept at coordinating and managing the architectural and engineering disciplines and has developed a particular expertise in the special requirements of educational facilities and public agency clients.
