Vessel Debut Self-titled CD

May 19, 2003 (Press Release) -- Inver Grove Heights, MN--May 19, 2003--Vessel www.vesselband.net announces the release of their debut self-titled full-length CD due out June 1st. The release features 12 original tracks recorded in the spring of 2003 at Two Fish Studios in Mankato, MN.



Vessel is: John "Boomer" Zink (IGH) on Vocals, Steve Martinez (Lakeville) on guitar, Ryan Flicek (Webster) on Drums, and Steve Condra (Burnsville) on Bass.



The CD features the tracks "Broken Seed" (a song dedicated to NYFD Capt. Terrance Hatton and his wife and child), "One With the Mud", and the very powerful "Five 2 Face." Vessel offers fans the truth in every note and lyric on this self-titled debut.



Other highlights include "ICBM" with a bass line that Flea would be proud of, and "Mount Someday" which is a soothing journey along with Boomer looking back on his small town roots.



Vessel, in support of the release, can be seen at many different venues in the Twin Cities and abroad. A CD release party is scheduled for Sunday, June 1st at Jersey's in Inver Grove Heights.
