The Culture Defense Project is a collaberation of event organizers in the NYC area. This event is titled "Freedom of Assembly", and will educated the public on a new federal law.
The Illicit Drugs Anti-Proliferation Act was passed without a vote, attached to the unrelated AMBER Alert Act, on April 30th, 2003. This federal law allows any musical or events organizer to be federally prosecuted if they unknowingly allow any patron who possessed illegal substances into their event or venue. This includes public arenas and stadiums.
"Freedom of Assmbly" is a free, legal and outdoor event that will showcase well-known deejays and speakers.
