July 2, 2003 - Likno Software announces the new extension of its software AllWebMenus, with the addition of a new component for seamless integration with NetObjects Fusion.
AllWebMenus allows users to create DHTML/JavaScript menus for their web sites and comes in two flavors, PRO and LITE, aiming to cover the needs of the professional and the amateur web developer respectively. Users can customize their menus by selecting from a large number of features and the produced menus are functional in all JavaScript/DHTML enabled browsers. The supported browsers are: IE 4.x, 5.x, 6.x; NS 4.x, 6.x, 7.x; Opera 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, Mozilla 1.x, Konqueror, 3.x, and all Macintosh browsers (including Safari 1.x).
The new component allows for the integration of AllWebMenus with NetObjects Fusion and aims to cover the needs of all NetObjects Fusion users that wish to create multi-level hierarchical menus for their Fusion-created web sites. Any menu that has been created with AllWebMenus can be attached to any Fusion page (or pages if included in the Master Border) by simply specifying the area where the menu will be placed in the Fusion 'Page Design' tab. The menus are placed appropriately for all supported browsers, and their relevant files are moved in the assets directory and published when necessary with the rest of the web site files. The user needs only to specify the menu and its placement, and does not need to worry about details that would otherwise make the application of any other menu system quite difficult.
The component is installed in the Fusion Components directory and can be easily installed and uninstalled without further problems. It is free for all registered users of AllWebMenus and can be downloaded from the Likno Software web site at http://www.likno.com/fusion.html.
AllWebMenus PRO costs $59.95 USD for a single license and AllWebMenus LITE costs $35 USD. The distributions are available for Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP. The produced menus are functional in all DHTML-enabled browsers. The price also includes free customer support by the Likno Software personnel and access to the value-added services of the Likno Software website.
