Oakland Park, FL - The fact that Ice Cream is known as an indulgent
non-healthy frozen treat is not a secret. However, TCBY has an alternative
solution that is just as indulgent in taste and texture, but you have the
luxury of skipping the fat, not the dessert.

option of having a decadent treat of 96% Fat Free, Nonfat and/or No-Sugar
Added varieties of Frozen Yogurt. We also have the Non-Dairy flavors of
Sorbet or Premium Ice Cream to round out the choices. TCBY has a variety of
flavors to tempt your taste buds and you have the personal option of adding

In a recent study conducted by the "Center for Science in the Public
Interest", they compared the desserts between Ben & Jerry's, Cold Stone
Creamery, Haagen-Dazs and TCBY. Many of the offerings contained enough
calories and saturated fat to be equivalent to eating a T-bone steak, Caesar
salad and a baked potato with sour cream. While this may be true with
anything when adding hot fudge, brownies, cookies, peanut butter, etc to

typically contains 250 to 300 calories and a half-day's worth of saturated
