Mission Foods among first of several clients to implement the ContractPro new contract management tool

Oldsmar, September 3, 2003: Today Answers Systems Inc. (ASI) announced immediate availability of the ContractPro Release 1 (R-1) to foodservice manufacturers. ASI also announced that beta user Mission Foods will be one of the first of several major manufacturers to join in implementation of the ContractPro contract management system in their organizations.

ASI has been providing contracted programs tracking and payment management services to food manufacturers for the past decade. With ASI’s background in foodservice claim management and experience in building custom technology solutions for clients, the need for a standard industry contract management tool became apparent. After investing months in research and development, ASI conducted ContractPro beta tests with current clients. These test yielded positive feedback resulting in additional enhancements and features prior to R-1 availability.
ContractPro will be available under the application service provider (ASP) model. Customers will be subscribing to a service rather than purchasing costly software. This means a reduction in implementation costs, zero software update purchases, and little to no IT resources in house to manage the system for the manufacturer. ASI will provide a Help Desk and training materials to assist uers.
