Markland Technologies, Inc. (MKLD), an integrated homeland security company, (www.marklandtech.com) today announced that it has signed a term sheet with Bay View Capital LLC to obtain a $1.4 million bridge financing loan.

The new funding is structured as a loan with no provision that can cause stock dilution. The full amount of the financing is to be received within the next thirty days.
