The excitement surrounding BLACK MAJIKs new single "Mama Looking
Good" is largely due to Majik's local notoriety in Chicago's underground Hip-hop community. Majik first made waves in 1999 with a club pre-release track "Chicago Style" from the unreleased album Naughty Boy. He has worked with many of the Windy City's upcoming producers as he tightened his skills and gained experience in the entertainment arena. Teaming up with one of Chicago's hottest producers, Donald "Demo" Brize, Majik is now ready to mystify the rest of the world. Majik's lead single "Mama Looking Good" is a Southern fried track with a little Midwest flavor. This track is already getting rave reviews from the DJ's that received a sneak preview of this joint. Majik's debut album will feature a variety for everyone, with messages for the intimate lovers in "Let Me Lay You" done on the Art Of Noise "Moments" track as well as an anthem for the fellas. Majik's lyrical style creates feel good music with catchy infectious hooks.
