Chicago, IL October, 9 2003 – The Streets Await… Zion Apparel, The Kingdom of God. The new urban Christian Hip Hop clothing line has just been released in Chicago, IL and in the Northwest Indiana region. This new clothing line has been designed to go where none has gone before.
Zion Apparel is the new urban Christian Hip Hop clothing line from The Vizion Unlimited Inc. This collection of faith based garments, has been created for comfort, designed for style and is being brought forth with a vision, to glorify God.
“Our vision behind the clothing line is to enter into the Hip Hop community with the light of the Lord, Jesus Christ and introduce them to the Kingdom of God”, stated Kenon White, designer of Zion Apparel when asked about the vision behind the clothing line. “The Kingdom of God is not just located inside the four walls of your local church, the Kingdom is everywhere. Wherever we (the Body of Christ) go, we carry the Glory of the Lord with us. So we as believers are part of the expression of the Kingdom of God in the earth”.
Zion Apparel is currently expanding from the “ARCHANGEL (For He Shall Give His Angels Charge Over Thee..)” t-shirt series to a full men’s, women’s and children’s clothing line. This winter, Zion Apparel will release a series of sweat suits and women’s shirts taking this new apparel line into new dimensions. With so much being developed over the next few weeks and months, White ended the question and answer session with the following statement; “The streets are waiting for the Kingdom of God and we as believers have got to get to the streets in any way that we can; weather it be street ministry, developing products and services that proclaim the name of the Lord or getting into mainstream media to do the same. The Body of Christ has got to get there so that we can do what the Lord sent his disciples to do; and that is to heal the sick, cleanse the leapers, raise the dead, preach the Gospel and proclaim that the Kingdom of God is at hand”.
