NEW NATIONAL NETWORK GIVES RUSSELL BEDFORD REPRESENTATION THROUGHOUT SPAIN

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 10, 2003 -- A newly-established national Spanish network of independent, multi-discipline professional services firms - ATICA - has joined the global business consulting group, Russell Bedford International.



Formed in 2003, ATICA has members in the main financial and commercial centres of Spain.



The network is led by the Valencia-based law, tax and business consulting practice Mart�nez Ojeda y Asociados, S.L. and its associated audit firm, Mart�nez y Ojeda Auditores, S.L.

Mart�nez Ojeda y Asociados, S.L. was founded in 1999 when Gabriel Mart�nez and Jos� Manuel Ojeda broke away from a national firm that was a member of an international network. The audit firm was established in 2000. The combined practice now has five partners and several other principals/directors.



With its multi-discipline personnel, the practice provides a broad range of services including tax and financial services, corporate finance, legal services, auditing and human resources consultancy. Main client sectors are manufacturing, real estate and construction and public administration.

The Valencia member also has offices in Madrid, Murcia and Castell�n.
