Feathered Fun Festival from 20 December 2003 � 04 January 2004 to attract visitors to Bali

These ten include the most rare, largest and most brilliant birds in the world that is part of the collection including the magnificent Bird of Paradise and the protected Bali Starling. Other attractions include feeding the Pelicans and the Drongos. Visitors will also have the chance to see owl friends of Hedwig, Harry Potter�s pet. Many other family activities are also organised.

�With over 17% of the world�s species and 47 ecosystems found here in the archipelago, this event is hoped to introduce an educational perspective within the animal world,� commented Chris Hibbard, curator of the Bali Bird Park. This major event builds on Bali Bird Park�s strong environmental and educational role, bringing together a range of attractions with the bird life of Bali and the world.



Admission fees to the Bali Bird Park during this special event remain unchanged. Bali Bird Park members receive free admission year-round.

Located on a 2-hectare of land in Singapadu, Gianyar Regency, Bali Bird Park has one of the finest collection of birds in the world with over 1500 birds from over 250 species. Opened in 1995, Bali Bird Park carries the mission to educate the younger generation to appreciate nature and plays a part in conserving the wildlife of Bali and the world.
