Gail Lou�s CD "7 GOOD WAYS"...is the music from a children�s production based on the seven principles of Kwanzaa that suggest good ways to live life all year round.

All of the songs are a virtual black music history lesson, respecting children�s love of a variety of music, touching genres including Ragtime, the Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Disco, Calypso, Club, and African World Beat. The songs teach the importance of community and reflect the fullfilment of helping one another.

The CD is a 2003 Parents'Choice Approved Award Winner and was selected for the 46th GRAMMY Entry List for nomination for Best Musical Album For Children.
