In this phase, all users can download VE 4.0 SE immediately and start using the technology.

VE is a platform for the rapid development, integration and deployment of web applications and services. The VE/Designer is an IDE for building fully executable applications using UML models. VE/Server is an execution engine that provides an instantaneous execution of the UML models and layers on top of any J2EE implementation, like IBM (NYSE: IBM) WebSphere, BEA (Nasdaq: BEAS) WebLogic, Sun ONE (Nasdaq: SUNW) Application Server, JBOSS Application Server, and Apache Tomcat.

Then, they can customize and personalize the user interface layer to meet the needs of the different application users (actors).

VE 4.0 SE is now available for download at www.intelliun.com. The technology can be used free of charge for the development and internal deployment of web applications. Special pricing is also available for Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Web Service Providers.
