One Jafra Consultant is Upping the Ante On Customer Services

Janna’s first implementation of her “All about you.” plan is her call back form. People interested in purchasing Jafra products submit their information and Janna will contact them back within 48 hours. In the alternative, people may email her their name, telephone number and question or concern and Janna promises to respond.

Her second step in her “All about you.” plan is her Mascara Club. Here clients no longer have to worry about remembering to discard their mascara after 3 months due to harmful bacteria growth. Janna’s clients pay for 3 mascaras on the spot, receive a 4th free and at 3-month intervals, Janna ships out the mascaras, one at a time.

Janna has already successfully launched her popular Janna’s Birthday Club in which clients whom have placed an order anytime in the four months preceding their birthday will receive a special birthday gift from Janna.
